Planning Fees

The following notes are for guidance only.

Inflationary planning fee increase:

The Department for Infrastructure will apply an inflationary increase in planning fees of approximately 1.99%, across all planning application fee categories, from 17 June 2019.

They cannot be regarded as definitive and anyone requiring the exact legal position is advised to consult the fees regulations.
