Foodbanks accepting donations to help those in need

Donations to the community foodbanks across Mid and East Antrim Borough Council area can now be left at Smiley Building, Larne Larne Town Hall and Ardeevin in Ballymena between the hours of 9am -5pm

Supplies of the following basic, long-life foodstuffs are particularly welcome at this time. Please ensure all items are in date:

  • All sauces, for example, curries, Bolognese etc 
  • Baby food
  • Boxes to distribute hampers to the isolated
  • Cereal (multi-packs) 
  • Cleaning products
  • Coffee
  • Custard
  • Diluting juice /breakfast juice  
  • Dried rice
  • Dry rice 
  • Flour 
  • Gloves
  • Gravy granules
  • Hand sanitiser
  • Long life juice
  • Nappies 
  • Packet pasta/rice/noodles  
  • Pet food 
  • Rice pudding
