5pm - Kindergym (3 - 5yrs old) 6pm - Gym Club (5 - 6yrs old) 7pm - Girls Gymnastics (7 - 8yrs old)	5pm - Kindergym (3 - 5yrs old) 6pm - Gym Club (5 - 6yrs old) 7pm - Girls Gymnastics (7 - 8yrs old)	9am - Girls Gymnastics (9 -16yrs old) 10am - Development Squad (6 - 8yrs old) 11am - Advanced Squad (9 - 16yrs old) 12noon - Boys Gymnastics (5+)

Payments

A payment of £60.00 per child for 10 weeks will be asked for at the time of enrolment to secure your child/childrens gymnastics place.

This amount can be paid through the home portal.

Cash payers can pay via reception or by phone.

You will receive an email on week 7 to notify you to top up your portal.

Reminder emails will also be sent on week 8 and week 9.

Failure to top up your account could result in your child/children losing their slot.

How to book

• Follow the booking link below which will open on Wednesday 9 August 2023 at 12noon.
• Select ‘book class’
• Drop down to location ‘Amphitheatre’
• Drop down the sport/activity to ‘Amphitheatre Gymnastics
• Click ‘show Centres’
• All available courses will be listed for the centre
• Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please apply early to avoid disappointment.

Refunds

In general, gymnastics lessons are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be made in extreme circumstances and at management discretion i.e. medical reason.

Requests must be made in writing and supporting evidence will be required.
