Fitness Classes
We have a wide variety of exercise classes to suit all abilities, descriptions of which are detailed below.
Cardio Cycle |
Instructor-led classes on specialised stationary bikes. All classes follow an all-terrain format using flats, hills, sprints, jumps and variations. |
Ladies' Activity Morning |
A combination of step, weights, circuits, Zumba® or Cardio Cycle. |
Pilates

A mat-based exercise to develop alignment, posture and flexibility. Highly effective on achieving a flatter stomach and tightening your pelvic floor. For men as well as ladies. |
Les Mills™ Body Combat™ |
An empowering cardio workout inspired by martial arts and drawing from disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwon do, tai chi and muay thai. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories. |
Total Body Workout |
A high, low or mixed workout for the whole body. A mix of weights and exercise bands. To help condition the body. |
Zumba® |
Zumba® Fitness is like no other workout you will ever experience! Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa and samba music. |
Pump It Up |
A non impact class which strengthens, conditions and tones the body using dumbbells and barbells. |
Kettle Bells |
One of the latest crazes in the fitness world, with probably the oldest piece of equipment. Swing your bell and get into shape. |
Yoga |
Gentle and relaxing class, concentrating on the conditioning of the body and mind. Builds core strength, flexibility and endurance. |
Circuits |
Bobby’s traditional class for any level of fitness. A combination of strength and aerobic stations. |
50+ Classes |
We have a fitness programme which has been specifically designed for people who are 50 and over to enjoy. Activities include Zumba®, bowls, badminton, table tennis, aerobics and much more. |
Booking Classes
Classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance either via T: 028 9335 8342, at the Amphitheatre Reception or online (members only). Online booking for members is available for a limited number of classes. Sign up by following the link and creating your account (the details on this must match the membership records we have). If you are having any trouble with this, then give us a call on T: 028 9335 8342.
All classes are free to full members unless otherwise stated. For casual users payment must be made at the time of booking (prices can be found below).
It is recommended that you book as soon as possible for most classes in order to guarantee yourself a place, as these are limited. To cancel a class we would ask for 12 hours' notice and unfortunately cannot give refunds after that time.
