#MEActive #OurMEA #Stayhome

Your health is your responsibility and you should never exercise beyond your capabilities. Exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program many result in injury.  If at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a medical professional. If you have any pre existing medical conditions that you feel could be detrimental to you exercising, we would advise against taking part in this activity.

You can view our Stay Home Stay Active videos below or watch them on our YouTube channel as a playlist which will be updated regularly with new exercises and activities.
