#StayActive

Our Sports Development team have recorded recording exercise videos to help keep us all active that you can do at home!

#MEActive #ourMEA

Your health is your responsibility and you should never exercise beyond your capabilities. Exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program may result in injury.  If at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a medical professional. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that you feel could be detrimental to you exercising, we would advise against taking part in this activity.
