Mid and East Antrim Borough Council are delighted to announce that work will be commencing for the refurbishment of Woodburn Play Park, Carrickfergus, Wilson Crescent Play Park, Ballymena and Ferris Play Park, Larne.

Woodburn Play Park, Carrickfergus
The appointed contractor, Haffey’s Sports Grounds, will take control of the site on Monday 30 January.
The design of the new play park at Woodburn was developed following a community consultation process which helped shape this fantastic provision for children of all abilities.
Wilson Crescent Play Park, Ballymena
The appointed contractor, Haffey’s Sports Grounds, will take control of the site on 30 January 2023.
The design of the new play park was developed following a community consultation process which helped shape this fantastic provision for children of all abilities.
The refurbishment of this park is funded by MEA with a contribution of £27,000 through the Department for Communities’ Access and Inclusion Fund which is supporting this project through the purchase of accessible and inclusive equipment.
Ferris Park Play Park, Larne
Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is delighted to announce that work has begun on the refurbishment of Ferris Park Play Park in Larne.
The appointed contractor - Haffey’s Sports Grounds - will take control of the site on Monday 20 February.
