Galgorm Castle’s championship course was ‘Ireland’s Parkland Course of the Year 2014’ & is consistently ranked one of the top parkland courses in Northern Ireland. Home to the annual Northern Ireland Open.
Galgorm Castle Golf Club is an exciting mixture of the new and the old. This 18-hole, 6736 yards, par 72 Championship course is set in 220 acres of beautiful mature parkland located in the heart of County Antrim. It is overlooked by Galgorm Castle, which was built in 1618 by Sir Faithful Fortescue.
Galgorm Castle Golf Club is Northern Ireland's top venue for hosting European Professional Golf Events, and the Golf Club was the first to host the PGA EuroPro Tour in Northern Ireland during 2010 and hosted it again in 2014.
Galgorm Castle has a 24-bay, landscaped driving range situated beside the reception area and golf shop, and is open to the public. This floodlit facility has a fully automated, self-service, ball delivery system and there are clubs available for use by the novice golfer within the shop, free of charge.
