Visitors from across Northern Ireland, alongside international visitors, gathered at this ancestral cottage to celebrate the Fourth of July while discovering the fascinating story of Chester A. Arthur, the 21st President of the United States.

The EVAWG Change Fund will support those organisations working to prevent and challenge the attitudes, behaviours and culture that can lead to violence against women and girls. Applications close Monday 20 July 2026.

We welcome the award of around £128,000 for an ambitious new cross-border Creative Communities, Connected Futures to partner with Waterford City and County Council through a shared programme of arts, culture and creative placemaking at a local level.

We are proud to be part of a unique ancestral cottage trail showcasing five significant ancestral cottages spanning generations. It will strengthen the links between our presidential homesteads in Cullybackey and Carrickfergus with other important ancestral cottages across Northern Ireland.
