Mid & East Antrim

The Construction & Scaffolding Academy is now open for applications, offering Mid and East Antrim residents the opportunity to gain skills, accreditation and access employment within the sector.

The growing use of snus and nicotine pouches - particularly in football, is the focus of a partnership between the Mid and East Antrim Policing and Community Safety Partnership (MEA PCSP), the Irish Football Association (IFA) and ASCERT.

An exciting new opportunity for residents of Mid and East Antrim starts in June 2026 with the introduction of the ‘Craft to Commerce’ programme. It is designed to support hobby-craft enthusiasts to develop their products into genuine business opportunities.

The next free Employability, Health and Wellbeing event will take place from 10am-12 noon on Thursday 28 May 2026 in Larne Town Hall.
