Slemish Mountain and Broughshane
Join the annual trek up historic Slemish Mountain where Patrick tended his sheep. The one and a half kilometre route takes around one hour in good weather and offers spectacular views of County Antrim.
The trek kicks off at 9am until 3.30pm.
A free shuttle bus service will run continually from 9am – 3.30pm from Michelin car park to the village of Broughshane and up to Slemish.
The last coaches return from Slemish from 4pm.
There will be NO PARKING (including Blue Badge) at Slemish car park.
NO PARKING will be permitted along the Carnstroan Road or Carnstroan Lane.
Broughshane and District Community Association will provide the hub of the event, with free activities for all the whole family to enjoy, special offers from local traders and live music so why not make a day of it?
No dogs or alcohol permitted. All under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
