The group will travel by bus from Carnlough to Raceview Mill Broughshane, to learn how wool was woven there in the 19th Century, using water power.

Lunch can be purchased at Raceview Mill. In the afternoon the tour moves to Glenravel, where local guide Donnell O’Loan will explain how iron ore was mined there from the 1868 to 1945. Return to Carnlough by Coast Road for 5.30pm.

Please wear suitable footwear for a little off-road walking.

Cost of this tour will be £7.50 per adult, or £5 concession, payable on the day at The Heritage Hub, Carnlough.

Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
