At present our Harbours and Marinas remain open but this may change depending on the health and safety of the site conditions.

Leisure Centres and Civic Buildings

At present our leisure centres and civic buildings remain open but this may change depending on the health and safety of the site conditions.

This also includes our Registrar Offices which remain open for scheduled appointments.

Cemeteries

Advised to avoid Council cemeteries during the weather warning period.

Community Centres

Emergency Payment scheme for flooding

The Department for Communities has activated its Emergency Flood Payment scheme.

Householders who have suffered severe inconvenience from flooding can claim £1,000 payment through their local council.

Should your home be flooded due to heavy rainfall, you can contact us about this scheme.
