Mayor of Mid and East Antrim, Alderman Gerardine Mulvenna, recently hosted a celebratory event to recognise 21 newly qualified tour guides who trained in Ballymena and Carrickfergus.

Council hosted the latest Industrial Decarbonisation for Northern Ireland (IDNI) workshop recently - with over 20 local businesses in attendance at the Ecos Hub, Ballymena.

Council’s bespoke business mentoring programmes helped grow the local economy by £31.85m and supported the creation of over one thousand jobs, an independent review has confirmed.

Local companies, stakeholders and training providers recently came together in Ballymena to celebrate Mid and East Antrim Labour Market Partnership’s success and achievements over the past 12 months.
