Come and savour the finest flavours from Mid and East Antrim at the 2024 Balmoral Show!

Indulge in a delectable array of tastes and treats crafted by some of our Borough’s most talented food and drink artisans, all brought together by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council at Stand 5 in the NI Food Pavilion from 15 to 18 May.
Once again, Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is supporting four exceptional local entrepreneurs to showcase their local produce at Northern Ireland’s premier agri-food event. There will be opportunities to sample or buy their exquisite products throughout the event.
Get ready to tantalise your taste buds with delights from Polly & Archie’s Homemade Chutneys and Vinegars on Wednesday 15 May. Their chutneys, vinegars, and pickles are lovingly crafted in small batches - using only the finest locally sourced ingredients.
On Thursday 16 May, indulge in the delectable creations of The Pantry at Bramble Hill. From farmhouse kitchen to your plate, they offer an irresistible range of freshly baked breads, cakes, and sweet treats that are sure to satisfy any craving.
Friday 17 May brings you the culinary delights of Greenthumb HQ, where you can sample homemade chutneys, relishes, jams, spices, and more. Plus, don't miss their selection of locally produced honey - perfect for adding a touch of natural sweetness to any dish.
And on Saturday 18 May, treat yourself to the delightful confections of Becca's Bakes NI. From cupcakes and traybakes to specialty cakes for all occasions, their creations are guaranteed to impress.
Mayor of Mid and East Antrim, Alderman Gerardine Mulvenna, is eagerly anticipating the opportunity to meet with both exhibitors and guests, and to savour the incredible flavours our local producers have to offer. She emphasised the Council's commitment to supporting small and micro-sized businesses, by providing them with an affordable opportunity to showcase their products to a large audience. “This will help them to improve brand awareness and promote the Borough at the same time by demonstrating their passion for food and their appetite for business”.
With last year's event drawing over 120,000 attendees, the Balmoral Show offers an unparalleled opportunity for these businesses to showcase their talents and promote the best of Mid and East Antrim to the wider community.
