Lawful Basis for Processing
This privacy notice covers two separate elements of processing your data when delivering on ‘Amplify’.
The first is the processing your data internally by Council to deliver Council’s own suite of Amplify support programmes.
The second element is processing your personal data by sharing it with external bodies in order to provide you with the additional supports available under ‘Amplify’.
Under the UK GDPR, the lawful basis we rely on is ‘consent’.
You may remove your consent for the external sharing of your data and still receive the support of Council’s Amplify Business Support Programme.
You may also remove your consent to process your data for both elements at any time.
Removing your consent for Council to process your personal data internally will result in you no longer being able to receive the support of the Amplify Business Support Programme.
