Q1456 – LARNE INVER RIVER STREET ART PROJECT 2024

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council requires the services of an individual or company to organise and deliver the Inver River underpass street art project. The Inver River Underpass Street Art project will consist of the delivery of a minimum of 20 discrete street mural pieces of varying sizes, as part of an ongoing programme of work by MEABC to transform the area to make it more welcoming and accessible, and encouraging the wider regeneration of the area. The art works are to be located on the pillars and retaining/support wall of the A8 (Harbour Highway) overpass at Bridge Street Larne.

T586/AD Specialist Geotechnical Contractor for the Delivery of Targeted Cliff face Maintenance Works

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council require an appropriately qualified and experienced Specialist Geotechnical Contractor to complete specialist cliff face maintenance and stabilisation works via rope access to the coastal and cliff paths.
This Contract must be fulfilled between 6 May and 24 May 2024, ahead of bird-nesting season and will consist of works identified during inspection works completed by Redrock Geotechnical Ltd in September 2023 and set out in a Condition Survey Report dated November 2023 (see Appendix 2).

T575 / BALLYMACVEA LANDFILL LEACHATE TREATMENT PLANT MAINTENANCE

Under the terms of the Contract, the Employer invites tenders to carry out the maintenance of the leachate treatment plant at Ballymacvea Landfill Site. The works shall comprise regular monitoring and maintenance of the various components and processes of the leachate treatment system. The contract will run for an initial period of 24 months, with the possibility to extend for a maximum of two further 12-month periods.
