Mid and East Antrim Borough Council (MEABC) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified organisation/consortium/individual(s) to supply and deliver the Youth Programme, (part of the PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan) as detailed within this specification.
The Youth programme focuses on co-design, cultural awareness, and inclusion, actively involving young people in creating and delivering activities. It promotes empathy, intercultural understanding and social cohesion through youth-led initiatives.
Key themes include youth leadership and empowerment, training and skills development, and community engagement with activities delivered through local, intercultural events that support integration and help develop confident, culturally aware young leaders.

T763/AD M&E REMEDIAL WORKS AT CARRICKFERGUS AMPHITHEATRE

The contract is for essential mechanical and electrical (M&E) remedial works at the Amphitheatre Wellness Centre, Carrickfergus, primarily focused on the swimming pool environment and associated plant infrastructure.
Following a feasibility assessment, the project follows an option which prioritises technical efficiency, maintainability, and operational resilience for this live leisure facility.

T757JS Re-issue ICT Team for 12 Projects funded by SEUPB RIBA stage 1-6
Status: Closed Closing Date: Friday 5 June 2026
The Client invites tenders to provide the service for an ICT for RIBA stages 1-6 to help deliver 12 capital projects within the Mid and East Antrim Borough Council Local Community Action Plan.
The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
These comprise 2 larger projects which have a maximum spend of £200,000 and 10 smaller projects which have a maximum spend of £30,000.
The ICT is to attend each project and provide costs associated with it and comment if the works proposed in the group's expression of interest are feasible for the budgets set by SEUPB.
Following a gateway approval stage from council / SEUPB the ICT will develop designs for each project, submit and achieve statutory approvals and issue tender documents for the successful projects.
ICT will assume 12 projects will be successful to the construction stage.

T738/CA SELECT LIST OF SMALL SCALE GROUNDWORKS CONTRACTORS

Tenders are invited from contractors for the supply of plant, equipment and labour in relation to groundworks within the Mid and East Antrim Borough Council area.
This contract shall predominantly cover small scale groundworks on Council properties but not exclusively and shall be on a supply and demand basis.
The Council is proposing to establish a framework of the three most economically advantageous tenderers for the term of the contract.

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council (MEABC) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified organisation/consortium/individual(s) to supply and deliver the Plot to Plate Programme, (part of the PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan) as detailed within this specification.
The Plot to Plate Programme is a health and wellbeing programme, which encourages people to get outdoors, improve their knowledge of nutrition and promote horticulture (which has known mental health benefits).
As a result, participants will then lead healthier and happier lives through tasks such as growing vegetables, herbs, and fruit, as well as through learning how to cook them in imaginative ways, along with learning more about food nutrition and sustainability
