We are seeking to engage a competent and experienced Architect/Architectural Technologist led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) to a new community centre in the village of Broughshane.
The appointment will be from RIBA stage 1 (Preparation & Briefing) to stage 6 (handover).
The Client reserves the right of break clauses at the end of each RIBA stage.
