T767/AD – Modular unit, Eglinton Yard, Glenarm

Overview

The Connexus programme supports the creation of a new Connection Hub in the Eglinton Yard in Glenarm to create a space for small groups to meet and individuals, companies to access a remote digital working space.

The contract is for the provision of:

• Provision and installation of a new prefabricated community meeting room pod (including meeting space, teapoint and toilets) within the existing walled courtyard
• Construction of new internal storage spaces within the existing Eglinton Barn
• associated MEP works servicing these new spaces
