T768/CA Stabilisation and repair works - Carrickfergus piers

Overview

The contract is for the provision of construction of the stabilisation and repair works to Carrickfergus Harbour Piers. This will include but not limited to:

• Masonry and concrete repairs and repointing to King William Pier (Listed Structure)
• Steel plate repairs to sheet piled quay walls including the design and installation of a sacrificial anode cathodic protection system
• Construction of concrete facing to Albert Edward Pier and Alexandra Pier Outer
• Remove and dispose of old boathouse steel structure

Contract period will be over two financial years (26/27) and (27/28) and will be approximately 12 months.
