Monday 4 December 2017
Mid and East Antrim’s queen of cuisine Jenny Bristow will share her top tips for a fantastic festive feast as part of a special Christmas campaign in the Borough.
The award-winning chef from Cullybackey has teamed up with her local Council to promote the Find Your Christmas in Mid and East Antrim initiative.
Jenny, who is Ireland’s good food ambassador, will serve up expert advice, guidance and personal recipes to help residents cook up cracking Christmas dishes using produce sourced from the Borough’s extensive and booming agri-food industry.
The celebrity chef invites the public into her kitchen for a culinary masterclass as she prepares three of her favourite Christmas offerings, with Jenny providing a step-by-step guide to getting it just right this year when it comes to delicious festive fayre.
A series of short videos from the cookery demonstrations will be shared on Mid and East Antrim Borough Council’s social media accounts in the run-up to Christmas.
Jenny said: “I’m delighted to be working alongside Mid and East Antrim Borough Council to encourage local people and visitors from across Northern Ireland to Find Your Christmas in our beautiful Borough.
