Overview
This Contract is for the refurbishment of the existing wet changing facilities at Larne Leisure Centre.
This includes but is not limited to:
- New IPS panelling
- Replacement of cubicles
- Replacement of bench seating and coat hooks
- Replacement sanitaryware (with new layout, including amending drainage)
- Replacement lockers
- New hand dryers
- Self-levelling screed and replacement vinyl
- PVC wall cladding
- Replacement shower heads and chrome
- Replacement partitions
- Replacement vanity system
- Replacement high level external window
