Property Clinic for Carrickfergus Townscape Heritage Initiative – 21 and 22 March 2017

Owners (or tenants as applicable) of the thirty priority properties eligible for grant support under the Carrickfergus Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) have the opportunity to meet with an architect from Alastair Coey Architects Ltd on a one-to-one basis to discuss the potential of a THI funded scheme for their property.

Alastair Coey Architects Ltd are the firm of historic building specialists that undertook a survey of these properties back in 2014 as per of the overall Carrickfergus THI bid submission. They made a number of observations and recommendations about these buildings and their structural condition at this time.

The THI scheme can provide grant assistance of up to 75% against certain categories of repair work.

We are offering a limited number of free, hour long appointments over two days at the actual eligible buildings including evening timeslots on March 22 to allow more flexibility for property owners or tenants.

The available timeslots can be pre-booked online.

Please click through the menu buttons in the booking request site to view the remaining available one-to-one time-slots.
