Welcome

As Interim Chief Executive, I am pleased to share with you our April to September 2025 update on the delivery of our Corporate Plan 2024–2028.

Over the past six months, we’ve continued to build on the strong foundations set in the first year of the plan.

I’m proud of the progress we’ve made together, as a council, as partners, and as a community, to deliver real improvements across the borough.

While there is still much to do, it’s encouraging to see how our collective efforts are already making a difference in people’s daily lives.

This update showcases the positive steps we’ve taken, the impact of our work so far, and our ongoing commitment to creating a better borough for everyone.

Thank you for your continued support and collaboration.

I look forward to what we can achieve together in the months ahead as we maintain our momentum and keep delivering for our residents.
