The town centre has been transformed by seasonal sparkle, after the Mayor Jackson Minford, Deputy Mayor Tyler Hoey and Noah Kayne from Castle Tower Special Education School were joined by none other than Santa for the big switch-on on Saturday 15 November.

Delivered in partnership with Ballymena BID and Downtown Radio, the family-friendly event ran from 12pm to 7pm, with live music, entertainers, face painting, Christmas crafts and more.

The Downtown Radio Roadshow, hosted by Gary Myles, took centre stage from 4pm, before the much-anticipated Festive Parade from 6pm – pausing at the Harmony Hub for the all-important switch-on.
