‘Oh Baby’ Ultrasound Clinic grows service offering

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is delighted to support local entrepreneurs Kirsty and Phillip Gooderham - owners of Oh Baby UltrasoundLtd. - who recently welcomed the Mayor to celebrate the launch of the company’s new health scanning service, at their private clinic on Broughshane Street, Ballymena.
Oh Baby Ultrasound Clinic, founded by husband and wife team Phillip and Kirsty, provides unforgettable bonding experiences for families through private ultrasound scans. The business specialises in private 3D and 4D ultrasound scanning services.
Phillip Gooderham, Managing Director, commented: “We are excited to introduce the new full body health scanning services to our clients. Our goal is to continually enhance the value we bring to our clients by offering a more comprehensive suite of solutions. The new health scanning services are a testament to our commitment to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our current and ever-growing customer base."
The company has been supported through Council’s suite of start-up and growth mentoring programmes - Spark and Escalate - to help the development of the business. Phillip added: “Since opening the business in June 2023 we have had fantastic support from Council and in particular our Client Manager Laura McCourt. We have been able to access relevant support when we have needed it most. The mentoring support has helped us to reach new customers online, enhance our policies and procedures and refine the customer experience journey across several touch points in the business. We are incredibly proud to announce the expansion of our services to now provide full body health scans for customers. We hope that this new offering will provide a another valuable service for more local people.”
He added: “We are really grateful for the mentoring support from Council and would highly recommend it to any small business within the Borough.”
Congratulating Oh Baby Ultrasound Clinic on its expansion, Mayor of Mid and East Antrim, Alderman Geraldine Mulvenna said: “The addition of new services to the Oh Baby Ultrasound offering since opening in June 2023 is testament to the hard work of Phillip, Kirsty and their team. Through listening to their customer’s needs Oh Baby Ultrasound Clinic have been able to expand their service offering to reach more customers.
