PAN Disability Clubs

PAN Disability Clubs are back!  Open to young people between the ages of 5 and 16 why not come along and have some fun while taking part in some games and exercise.

Starting week beginning 11 October 2021 for 8 weeks classes will run weekly in each leisure centre (exception of week beginning 25 October 2021).

Wheelie Active Club

A brand new Wheelie Active Club will begin on Thursday 14 October for 8 weeks. Open to young people between the ages of 5 and 16 with a physical disability.

GOGA Boccia Club

Boccia is a Paralympic sport and is similar to bowls.  The club is suitable for Males & Females (18+) with a Physical impairment or looking to try a new sport.

DanceFit in the Park

Learn some new moves and improve your fitness at our After School DanceFit in the Park session, under the new shelter in the People’s Park. This class is for children in P4 – 7 and will run for 6 weeks.

Starting Thursday 14 October 2021

ParkFit Fridays

A series of classes will run for 6 weeks free of charge starting on Friday 15 October (no classes will be held on Friday 29 October) in our indoor shelter on the bowling green in People’s Park.

Intergenerational Class – come and enjoy our fun music and movement class under the shelter in People’s Park. Suitable for parents, grandparents, babies and pre-school aged children. This class will benefit adults and children alike by using rhythm and coordination exercises to improve cognitive development.

9.30am – 10.15 am

Low level Fitness class – join us for a gentle walk around the People’s Park followed by a gentle exercise session under the shelter

10.45 – 11.30 am

Pilates in the Park – take some time out for yourself and join our lunchtime Pilates class under the shelter in the People’s Park (bring your own mat if possible).

12.15pm – 1pm
