Additional Weekend Burial Charges	To reflect the higher staff costs associated with weekend burials the following extra charges are applied on top of the existing fees above: Saturday/late or early burials extra charge is £164.00 Sunday and Bank Holidays extra charge to £208.00

Residents of Mid and East Antrim Borough will receive a concession on the full price which must be paid by non-residents. A person may claim resident status by providing proof of residency within the Borough or that they live within a three kilometre radius of a Mid and East Antrim Borough Council Cemetery if they live outside of the Borough within the last seven years. Proof of residency requires the presentation of official original documentation (not photocopies) that confirm an applicant’s address in the Borough within the last seven years and may include: Passport, Drivers, Licence, Rates or Utility bill, Bank or Building Society Statement, Credit/Debit Card Statement, Mortgage Statement. Persons who are unable to provide proof of residency will be charged as Non-residents. This policy applies to all charges for Cemetery provision.
