Supplementary Planning Guidance
Three Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) documents have been produced to support and clarify some of the policies in the Local Development Plan 2030 – Plan Strategy, which was adopted on 16 October 2023 (copies of which are available online or from the Planning Department).
These SPG documents represent non-statutory planning guidance which should be read in conjunction with the Strategic Planning Policy Statement (SPPS) for Northern Ireland and Council's Local Development Plan 2030 (LDP) - adopted Plan Strategy.
They are intended for use by developers, applicants, consultees, the public and planning officers and will act as a material planning consideration in the determination of planning applications.
