Planning

Planning Permission & Fees

It is your responsibility for seeking, or not seeking, planning permission.

Submitting an application for planning permission gives an opportunity for your development to be fully considered by us.

If required, planning permission should be obtained before development commences.

Planning Fees

For advice on the current fees for planning applications in Northern Ireland, visit the Department for Infrastructure's Planning Fees webpage.

If, after reading these explanatory notes you still require advice on the planning fee for a specific type of planning application, you should contact our Planning Department.

Planning Permission

Some householder development may be carried out without the need to submit a planning application.

For more information on this, please refer to Your Home and Planning Permission

Should you require general advice about the kinds of work for which you may, or may not, need to apply for planning permission, you should contact our Planning Department.
