Cardio Vascular (CV) Equipment

Each piece of CV Equipment is programmed with the latest fitness regimes designed to improve your Health and Wellbeing.

The New Fusion Range of equipment will offer members personal television viewing to each piece of CV equipment. 

Integrated Ipod features include watching videos, charge Ipod, personnel listening etc. 

Easy to use programming with Integrated 10.1 inch screen, learn one console learn them all.

More motivational workout programmes than any other competitor products – combining training programmes with useful information, communication and entertainment.

Strength Equipment

The ’Evolve’ strength range from Pulse is recognised as leading the way in strength training equipment, renowned for elegant design, biomechanical efficiency and inclusive fitness.  

The ’Evolve’ range from Pulse makes resistance training more available, enjoyable and effective for everyone, encouraging participation from a broader range of users.

Smart Centre

“Profiles” at Seven Towers have purchased the Pulse “Smart Centre” – the “Smart Centre” further enhances members experience with direct link to each piece of strength and cardio vascular equipment.
 
All current members will receive a “smart card” this card will hold members personal details and allow paperless monitoring of all training carried out on each piece of equipment.

All new members will receive their Smart Card as part of the induction process, this will allow staff to set up and adapt workouts for members as required.

There are a number of membership rates available to suit all users from the casual customer to the fitness enthusiast.

All customers must go through a fitness induction as part of the centres health and safety policy this must be pre-booked with the fitness instructor.

During the induction you will be shown how to use all the fitness room equipment by a qualified fitness instructor who will work out a programme to help you achieve your goals.

Health Suite

Indulge yourself in the wonderful relaxing Sauna Steam or Spa where you can wash all your troubles away, this area is convenient to the leisure pool area so while the children play you can relax in the knowledge that you are close at hand.

Sauna & Steam: Monday - Friday opens at 9am. 

Jacuzzi: Monday - Friday from 10am.

Fitness Suite Access Restrictions

• Children under 12 are not permitted to use the fitness suite.
  All juniors aged 12 to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult. 
  All customers must complete an induction.
