Fitness room

The ‘Evolve’ and ‘Fusion’ ranges allow our members to improve their cardio (CV), strength and resistance training through a range of equipment designed for efficient, inclusive fitness.

Our ‘Smart Centre’ passes mean members can monitor their strength and cardiovascular machine training.  This paperless monitoring method lets them adapt their workouts as required.

The Fusion equipment offers members personal television viewing to each piece of CV equipment by connecting their mobile device to watch videos, charge your iPod or list to your playlist.

** Access restrictions: Children under 12 are not allowed to use the fitness suite.  Juniors aged 12 to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Health suite with spa

Indulge yourself in the wonderful relaxing sauna and steam rooms in the Health Suite.  The spa opening hours differ from the health suite but lets you wash your troubles away in the jacuzzi.

This area is convenient to the leisure pool area so while the children play you can relax in the knowledge that you are close at hand.

Points to note

• We have a variety of membership rates available to suit from the casual customer to the fitness enthusiast.
• All customers must go through a pre-booked fitness induction with the fitness instructor. Our instructor can also work out a programme for you to achieve your goals.
