Industrial and Economic Land Monitor
The Industrial and Economic Land Monitor 2022 has been prepared by the Local Development Plan Team using survey information gathered in September 2021.
This 2022 Report is the third report produced by the Council relating to the availability of land for industrial and economic development in towns within the Plan Area.
It further builds upon the initial 2018 baseline monitor report which provided an baseline which was updated in 2020 through surveying and using planning decision data.
The Monitor does not interpret the information gathered as such, however, it continues to form part of the evidence base for the LDP and will be used to inform judgments on future industrial and economic development growth provided through the Plan.
