Supplementary Planning Guidance
Three draft Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) documents have been produced to support and clarify some of the policies in the Local Development Plan 2030 – Plan Strategy, which was adopted on 16 October 2023 (copies of which are available online or from the Planning Department).
These SPG documents represent non-statutory planning guidance which should be read in conjunction with the adopted Plan Strategy.
They are intended for use by developers, the public and planning officers, and will act as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.

All comments on the SPGs must be received by 5pm on Friday 21 June 2024.
