Minecraft at Carrickfergus Museum
Carrickfergus town has been transformed into a digital 17th Century town in the popular game Minecraft.
The Museum worked with STEM Aware to create this rich games-based learning experience.
Using historical maps and documents Carrickfergus has been recreated in the mid-1600s.
Minecraft has been taking the world by storm with millions of users worldwide.
Working with STEM Aware to develop this project, the museum aims to tap into this opportunity to create exciting learning experiences for younger audiences.
