Reporting an item lost
If you have lost an item within the park then a lost property report form should be filled out and returned to the Visitor Centre or alternatively you can telephone the centre and they can complete it on your behalf.
Please remember to give full details of where and when you last saw the item along with a full description of the item e.g. make, colour, size, etc and your contact details.
We can then undertake a full check of all lost property items and also inspect the location where the item may have been lost.
Should the property be found at any stage in the season then we have the documentation to verify its ownership and will contact you as soon as possible.
Disposal of lost property
Items not claimed by 1 November each year are given to a local charity shop.
